Australian Customers are legally required to pay 10% GST. This is charged at checkout. For all international customers, relevant duty and taxes will be charged (if applicable) by your government authority on arrival.

In rare occasions, your issued tracking number will not update. Please contact us if it hasn’t been delivered in the advertised time frame and we will chase it up for you. Rest assured we have never had any orders lost in the shipping process.
