Refund, Return and Warranty Policy

Refund Policy 

 

Each product's policy can greatly vary. 

All switches sold are brand new from the factory and never used before. Defects are extremely rare but can occur. If you report a switch as defective, we have no way of determining if improper use has occurred due to the fragile nature of the product, but we will work with you to ensure a good outcome for everyone, we don't want anyone leaving the shop unhappy!

Sanwa buttons of any kind come with a 7 day warranty in case of any manufacturer defect. If a defect is found in that time, please contact us and we will investigate and follow up with you personally.

Wiring and miscellaneous products come with a 30 day warranty from date of delivery. If a defect occurs after this date, we will work with you to find a solution.

“Change of mind” refunds or exchanges are not allowed once a product has been shipped.  

You may cancel an order before it has shipped but will incur a 5% processing fee. (This is to cover any transaction costs we incur)
